All Hail Sausage Maker

Just got the Spring 2007 Sausage Maker catalog.

Real, true-life story:

I was in Buffalo last year for a Patriots-Bills game. We were driving down the street, through some real shitty neighborhood in Buffalo ... shittier than your average shitty Buffalo neighborhood.

We're driving past crack houses and strip joints before we realized we were going the wrong way. So we turn around in this warehouse district, and NO FUCKIN' SHIT: there's the Sausage Maker warehouse right in front of us.

If it wasn't like 3 degrees out, and it wasn't, like, midight and they were actually open, I would have went in and introduced myself as their most loyal customer.

I love those goofy bastards.

I can think of no way to ask this question without leaving myself open to all kinds of double entendre bullshit, so I'll just ask: I'm just getting started making sausage, and I'm using the KitchenAid grinder/stuffer attachment. The grinder is fine, but the stuffer arrangement sucks. What equipment do you use for stuffing? When you're done laughing, and making Tony Romo jokes, give me some advice, willya? If you do, I'll give you my recipe for lamb sausage with rosemary and pine nuts, which is fantastic.
